Keys - Keys should be left with Public Safety. Public Safety is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Utilities - If you pay for utilities be sure to cancel them. Tenants who pay for their heating fuel and/or propane should have the tank(s) filled before moving out.
Trash/Recycling Removal - Please remove trash and recycling. Items left will be disposed of at a cost to the tenant to include the disposal fee and an administrative fee.
Cleaning - Unit should be swept and/or vacuumed and the refrigerator, stove and bathroom(s) wiped down.
Deposits - The unit will be inspected in a timely manner and the deposit less any cleaning and damages (normal wear and tear excepted) will be returned as soon as possible. Please provide a forwarding address for the return of deposit.
