The Manager of Marketing Programs is responsible for development and execution of demand generation programs such as events (tradeshows, conferences, procurement and travel industry events, Rearden events and speaking engagements) and direct marketing (email and direct mail). Marketing is a customer service organization who supports various company departments such as supporting the Sales, Inside Sales Teams and Recruiting initiatives. • Lead and manage multi-faceted event and campaign activities

Qualifications:

Open Source Officers (OSOs) are the Intelligence Community's foreign media experts. They use foreign language and area knowledge to review and assess foreign open media sources, including Internet sites, newspapers, press agencies, television, radio and specialized publications, collecting intelligence from these media to deliver high-impact products to the U.S. foreign affairs community. OSOs develop and apply in-depth knowledge of a broad range of foreign media to identify trends and patterns, and to write analytical products. They may also translate text, audio and video information and select materials from the media for translation by independent contract translators. OSOs research and analyze the media environment in a particular country or region and prepare media analyses that inform customers of subtle relationships and trends in the media.
Analysts: The CIA is the heart of the nation's intelligence — and analysis is our product, providing vital finished intelligence to policymakers for decisions on matters of national security. The intelligence product can range from an assessment that goes to the President to regular briefings for a senior policymaker. Your skill in international economics, science and engineering, military analysis and quantitative methods makes it all possible. Your daily work and the expertise you develop through training and experiences contribute to a process that reaches the very forefront of national decision-making.
Internships
The Central Intelligence Agency's Directorate of Intelligence (DI) is seeking motivated graduate or undergraduate students who are focusing on foreign area studies, international affairs, international development, national security, economics, or international trade and finance. Students planning to attend school in Fall 2006 are eligible for the internship program. Graduate students are expected to serve one 10-12 week tour and may return for additional tours if their graduate program allows. Undergraduate students generally need to complete two tours.
Interns work as professional intelligence analysts, providing written and oral assessments to the President and other senior policymakers of worldwide developments affecting US national security. The Agency assesses the skills and knowledge of its graduate interns, as well as their potential for permanent employment, and many graduate interns are offered permanent positions upon finishing their academic programs. Successful undergraduate interns are encouraged to attend graduate school and return as graduate interns. The salary range, based on an annual scale, is $35,000-50,000 for graduate students and $28,000-35,000 for undergraduate students, depending on the level of education already attained and the number, if any, of previous work tours with CIA.
Eligible students must be US citizens who are committed to attending school full-time in the fall following the summer internship. Students must have a demonstrated interest in international affairs, including academic coursework.
