Off-campus Recruiting: Interview Days

"I think that the off-campus interview day was a great opportunity, especially given the fact that we were able to pick up extra interviews during the day. I would definitely suggest keeping it a part of job recruiting at Middlebury.
-" Justin Garrison '04

Throughout the academic year, Middlebury College collaborates with other highly selective Liberal Arts colleges to provide students and employers the opportunity to meet each other in New York, Boston, and Washington DC in a specific location for a day of first round interviews.  Prior to the interview day, students submit required application materials to participating employers, who in turn select students to interview on the day of the event.

Only students who have completed the four Senior Steps are eligible to participate.
Students are responsible for making their own travel and
lodging arrangements.  (Travel stipends are available to students that can demonstrate financial need.)
It is not advisable to apply to these programs if you are not available to interview at the event.
