How can we help?
ON-CAMPUS RECRUITING
CSO offers recruiters both fall and spring recruiting opportunities. Complimentary private meeting rooms are available for interviews, and we are pleased to host recruiters at lunch with members of our staff. INFORMATION SESSIONS
Employer information sessions are popular with students. The Career Services Office (CSO) can easily reserve rooms on campus for these group discussions and industry presentations with audiovisual equipment available upon request.
ELECTRONIC RESUME REFERRALS
At no cost to the employer, our full-service office will advertise your job openings and internships and arrange to have application materials sent to you electronically once an application deadline has passed, or e-mail each application to you as they arrive. We are also pleased to publicize opportunities for which students apply directly to employers.
RESUME BOOK
Employers utilizing our electronic resume referral service may find browsing our electronic resume books an effective way to access additional qualified students. Resume books are organized by industry interest and undergraduate class year.
OFF-CAMPUS INTERVIEW DAYS (CONSORTIA EVENTS)
Middlebury College collaborates with other highly selective colleges to provide employers the opportunity to interview students in Boston, New York, and Washington, D.C. For more specific information, see the CSO Web site at www.middlebury.edu/cso/students/consortia.htmor contact Theresa Funk at 802-443-5097, tfunk@middlebury.edu.
VIDEO CONFERENCING
Allows employers to interview or present to candidates from remote sites, reducing travel costs and helping to expand and diversify your recruiting pool.
IMMEDIATE OPENINGS
Employers seeking recent graduates and experienced alumni for immediate job openings may e-mail or fax us a job description and contact information for promotion to our graduates. You may also use our convenient online job posting form to publicize your opening.
INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Internships provide an excellent way to introduce Middlebury students to your organization early and enhance your visibility on campus. Please click here to post an internship for Middlebury students. You may also contact Susan Walker, Associate Director for Internships, to discuss the many ways students connect with employers for internships and externships.
