Middlebury Police Department finds that man walking on Weybridge Street on morning of February 6 is not involved in Nick Garza's disappearance

MIDDLEBURY, Vt. — The Middlebury Police Department had been attempting to find a male reportedly seen walking along Weybridge Street in Weybridge and Middlebury in the early morning hours of February 6, 2008, hours after Nicholas Garza '11 was last seen on Campus. Police investigators wanted to identify this person to determine if he had any information relevant to the disappearance of Nicholas Garza.

On March 5, the person was located and identified by the police, and a subsequent inquiry into his activities revealed he was not a person involved in the disappearance of Nicholas Garza and that aspect of the police investigation is closed.
