Eligibility
Both full-time and some part-time positions are benefits eligible. Part-time staff who are budgeted to work at least 9 months and 1,000 hours per year are eligible. Seasonal positions and those that are very part-time are not eligible.

Family Coverage
Family coverage is available for most benefits, including coverage for domestic and Civil Union partners. Employees pay the additional cost for this type of coverage (click here for specific rate information).

Rates
Employees pay a portion of the cost of health and dental coverage through pre-tax paycheck deductions. Employee contributions to health insurance are pro-rated based on income. Part-time staff also pay more than full-time staff. For specific rates, click here.
