Primary Purpose

To provide office support for the events department and on site supervision at events.

Responsibilities

Works cooperatively with others and accepts direction from supervisors.

*Schedules events and creates necessary paper work and notifications.

*Answers and follows up on customer phone calls and e-mails.

*Attends liquor control meeting & assists in issuing licenses

*Assists with payroll and billing.

*Monitors office processes.

*Assists in the scheduling of service staff.

* Provides oversight for events at various locations, including pre-performance dinners.

*Performs other duties as required.

Performs other duties as assigned to assist the department in obtaining and maintaining its mission.

Education & Training

HS diploma

Experience

Required: Experience in a busy office atmosphere, strong customer service and organizational skills.

Preferred: Supervisory experience and knowledge of food operations.

Knowledge

Must have knowledge of menu management and office software systems.

Other

Must hold current Vermont Department of Liquor Control certification.
