Primary Purpose |

Acts as liaison between Admissions Office and prospective students and provides general office services for Department. Acts as liaison between Admissions Office and Alumni College fair volunteers.

Responsibilities |
Works cooperatively with others and accepts direction from supervisors.
*Responds to all requests for college fairs/assigns alumni to college fairs. *Answers questions regarding admissions, interviews, tours and other areas. *Answers phones and routes calls properly. *Receives and processes requests for information and materials from prospective students. *Schedules appointments for interviews and sends confirmations; types daily appointment schedule and gathers appropriate files. *Meets and greets prospective students and parents. *Replenishes supplies as needed. *Assists Admissions staff in special projects and mailings as needed.

Education & Training |
|
High school diploma or equivalent with data entry training required. Some college preferred.
|
Experience |
|
2-3 years previous clerical experience in secretarial/clerical position required, or equivalent training.
|
Knowledge |
|
Data entry knowledge and computer skills required. Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, E-mail, Internet, and the web preferred.
