Primary Purpose |

The Assistant Softball Coach's responsibilities include assisting the Head Coach in all aspects of the program with emphasis on positional coaching, scouting opponents and recruiting qualified student athletes within Middlebury College, NESCAC and NCAA rules and regulations. Responsibilities also include part-time staffing of the Athletics Complex monitor desk. Middlebury College Athletics programs are conducted in compliance with policies, procedures and regulations of Middlebury College, the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) and the NCAA.

Bachelor's degree is required.

Experience |
Previous coaching experience preferred.

$13.00 per hour.
