Primary Purpose

Middlebury College invites applications for the position of Assistant Men's and Women's Swimming Coach and Assistant Aquatics Director.

Responsibilities

Works cooperatively with others and accepts direction from supervisors.

Responsibilities include involvement in all aspects of the program including, but not limited to coaching, teaching in the physical education program, recruiting, practice and meet preparations, budget management, scheduling and supervision of lifeguard staff, and administrative tasks as assigned by the Head Coach & Aquatics Director.

This position is a full time 12 month appointment with benefits and shares facility monitor responsibilities in the evening hours as well as some maintenance duties.

Education & Training

Applicants must have strong administrative and computer skills; particularly with Hy-Tek software, and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
