*Meets weekly with the Administrative Manager to discuss the on-going work of the Conference.
On-site supervisor of Administrative Manager.
*Represents off-site Director to the College administration, faculty, and other academic programs.
*General advisor to the Director.
*Makes recommendations regarding the administration of the Conference,
*Supplements the weekly reports of the Administrative Manager.
*Reviews the Conference budget, financial reports, and plans developed by the Administrative Manager.
*Helps the Director with his performance evaluations of the Administrative Manager.
*Sits on the Admissions Board.
*During the Conference takes over most of the Director's administrative duties.
