Oversees all facets of departmental planning and administration.
Manages and grows employer relations and on-campus recruitment programs, internship programs and all other placement initiatives.
Develops initiatives that utilize new information and communication technologies.
Coordinates career programs with academic departments, alumni and parent programs and other internal constituencies.
Develops and administers departmental budget.
Approves material/equipment needs for the department.
Determines work assignments, schedules work shifts, authorizes overtime, interviews, hires and trains staff.
