*Provides direct clinical service, training and education to students, individually and in groups, in both routine and emergency situations.
*Consults with faculty, staff, administration, trustees, parents and other mental health providers.
*Provides, as time allows, consultation and training to faculty and staff regarding student developmental and mental health issues.
*Reviews cases and evaluates implications for policy and programs.
*Provides alcohol and other drug assessment for students as needed.
*Recommends staffing needs. Hires, trains, supervises and evaluates staff.
*Approves time off and maintains employee relations.
Dictates clinical notes and conducts meetings.
*Acts as liaison with Addison County Counseling Service.
*Develops and implements psycho-educational programs; identifies needs and delivers programs.
*Coordinates and writes Annual Report.
