Sell tickets.
Answer phones.
Field customer inquiries and problems.
Count and balance cash drawer,s including credit cards and online payment gateway funds.
Perpare and dleiver deposits to cashier's office.
Run sales reports.
Program events into ticket software and online box office.
Work with strudent artists and department coordinators to arrange for ticketing of their events.
Notify theatre, dance, and music students, faculty and staff via email of their complimentary ticket allowances.
Field and execute ticket printing requests from other campus offices (MCAB, athletics, etc.). Hire, train, and schedule student staff for McCullough Box Office and Patner's Pride.
Update mail lists.
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures manual.
Produce mid-year and annual sales and publicity reports.
Research and compile Curricular Connection information.
Produce auxiliary marketing pieces for the CFA (table tents, easels, pre-performance dinner promotions, selected posters when needed, etc.).
Assist CFA staff with distribution of posters, brochures, etc.
Assist with setup and coordination of pre-performance dinners.
Maintain updated outgoing telephone message service.
Performs routine equipment maintenance.
Performs other duties as assigned to assist the department in obtaining and maintaining its mission.
