Schedules and conducts training workshops for catering team members to discuss proper service methods and procedures.
Reviews catering schedules and coordinates room setup and food service setup.
Oversees all production throughout the catered event including service of all food items, bar area set-up and service and oversees cleanup and breakdown.
Directs all catering team members throughout the event; determines pace and timing of service and anticipates needs and problems and directs staff to area to cover any potential sources of conflict.
Assumes responsibility for the care, upkeep and inventory of Kirk Alumni Center kitchen during catering functions.
