Primary Purpose |

Orders food from Grille at lunch time. Cashiers during breaks. Monitors and refills beverage station.

Responsibilities |
Works cooperatively with others and accepts direction from supervisors.
*Orders grilled and fried foods during lunch business. *Directs customers toward desired food area, answers their questions courteously. Monitors drink station, salad bar and dining room; refills and/or restocks as necessary. Works with cooks and/or salad staff in preparation of various food products. *Performs cashier duties. Fills in on sandwich board as necessary. *Cleans work area after shift (including sweeping and mopping) and maintains an orderly kitchen.

Education & Training |
|
High school diploma or equivalent required. Requires prior culinary training, must be NIFI certified in various sanitary procedures and proper food storage.

Experience |
|
3-5 years of food preparation experience is desirable.
|
Knowledge |
|
Must have knowledge of food preparation methods, qualities, measurements and proper food storage techniques.
|
Other |
|
Must be able to lift 10-20 lbs. frequently during the day and up to 40 lbs. a few times each day. Must be able to push and pull up to 50 lbs. frequently. Requires long periods of time standing. Also requires frequent bending and reaching.
