· Provide excellent service to Middlebury constituents and our borrowing partners.
· Provide weekend coverage for ILL Borrowing and Lending.
· Supervises student assistants in the work of ILL, and assists in training.
· Operates OCLC interlibrary loan systems, electronic mail, library circulation system, Ariel and ILLiad.
· Handles problem requests.
· Responsible for meeting all deadlines.
· Appropriately applies interlibrary loan policies, state, network and national codes
· Provide direct support to others in Circulation Services and at the Information Desk
· Coordinates work schedule with other staff in Circulation Services to ensure coverage within the department.
· Performs other duties as assigned to assist the department in obtaining and maintaining its mission.
