Primary Purpose |

Provides general secretarial services within the President's Office, with an emphasis on social activities.
|
Responsibilities |
Works cooperatively with others and accepts direction from supervisors.
Oversees management of office files. Maintains presidential social lists. Assists with arrangements for presidential social events, including preparing invitations and handling RSVPs. Assists with arrangements for special College guests and special College events, including Commencement, Reunions and Trustee Weekends. Assists with presidential correspondence. Proofreads correspondence prepared for the president's signature. Handles copying, distributing, recording and filing of presidential correspondence.

High school diploma required.

Experience |
|
Secretarial experience required.

Knowledge |
|
Secretarial and computer skills necessary.

Other |
|
Excellent handwriting and writing ability essential. Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure. Must handle confidential material with discretion.
