*Answers telephone for all departments and routes calls promptly and courteously.
*Greets visitors for all departments; notifies person(s) being visited.
*Handles outgoing Federal Express pickups, types air bills, maintains log.
*Handles incoming deliveries and contacts all departments for pickup.
Orders mail and express shipment supplies as needed(including packaging materials, air bills and envelopes/boxes); orders copier supplies(toner, paper, etc.).
Assists all departments in clerical functions such as collating, stuffing envelopes, light typing, photocopying, etc..
