Ensures efficient, timely completion of printing and copying jobs while maintaining quality control.
Interacts with customers in person or by phone regarding job submitted or customer satisfaction.
Interacts with customers and vendors as necessary to ensure smooth delivery of service.
Performs monthly pricing and billing for jobs.
Operates office equipment and binding machinery.
Supervises assistant work by assigning and prioritizing tasks and training.
Orders office supplies and maintains inventory of supplies.
Performs darkroom work as required.
