If you would like to submit a photo of your wedding to be printed in Middlebury Magazine, please send a nonreturnable wedding photo (any size) with caption information to Sara Marshall, Middlebury Magazine, 5 Court St., Middlebury College, Middlebury, VT 05753.
Or you can submit an electronic photo scanned at 300 dpi (as a jpeg or a tif file) to smarshal@middlebury.edu, clearly titled with Midd alum’s name.
The caption for the wedding photo should include names of those in the photo by row beginning in the front (including maiden names of women), class years, and information about the date and location of the wedding. Wedding photos are used in chronological order, oldest wedding first, as quickly as space becomes available in the magazine. Please note that news about the wedding may appear in the class notes before the photo appears in the Celebrations section.
If you submit the photo of a friend’s wedding, please supply contact information for the bride and groom so we can verify that they would like their photo published.
Due to the increased volume of wedding photos being submitted, we can no longer accept photos of weddings that occurred over two years ago.
