We maintain the academic records of all students, past and present. We fill transcript requests, and oversee undergraduate course registration and add/drop, major declarations, process AP credit and transfer credit, and manage degree completion checking and processing final grades.
This office verifies student enrollment status for veterans' benefits. For enrollment verification for other purposes, please follow the instructions at 'Enrollment and Degree Verifications' (see list on this page).

Important Deadlines and Announcements for Undergraduate BA students:
Fall classes began on Monday, September 7--Labor Day. Final exams end on Saturday, December 12.
Winter Term: Students can drop courses online, but must use the add card process to add a winter course. The add period for Winter Term course continues until January 6.
Spring registration: BannerWeb registation ended on November 20. The add/drop period for Spring begins on November 30. New Feb students will receive registration information in early December.
Thanksgiving break: Wednesday, Nov. 25 through Sunday, Nov. 29.
