Course Schedules available on the web: ~ Nov 2, 2007
Declaring a Major / Changes to Class Standing for Registration:
Deadline: Wednesday, October 31, 2007
Round One--Check Your Registration Status:
opens : Wednesday, November 7, 2007
closes: Friday, November 16, 2007 at noon
Students are strongly encouraged to use this round to be sure that you can register for the courses you want by checking for time conflicts, major or class restrictions, or financial holds, etc., or to request approvals or waivers of major or class restrictions, if you need them, before your registration window opens. You should also check your credit-based class standing for registration during this round.
You will be at a disadvantage if overrides of course restrictions, approvals, or concerns about class standing are not addressed during this round.
Official Advising Period: November 7 - 16, 2007
Students should see their adviser during this period to plan their courses for the next term and review major and college requirements. All students are encouraged to meet with their advisers. Students can continue to meet with advisers through the registration period, but it is best to meet with them early.
Students who have less than 21 earned or in-progress credits* as well as students who have not declared a major but have earned more than 21 credits, will be assigned an Alternate PIN.
Alternate PINs, a 4-digit number, can only be obtained from your academic adviser during the Advising Period. Students assigned an Alternate PIN are required to enter this 6-digit number in order to access the real-time, on-line Register or Add/Drop Classes screen in BannerWeb.
Students who are not currently enrolled at the Middlebury campus do not need an Alternate PIN to register.
