How to Change Event Details
CHANGES TO DATE, TIME, LOCATION OR CALENDAR TEXT:
To change the basic details of an event such as time, date, location or calendar text; simply complete and submit this online change request form:

CHANGES TO MENU OR HEAD COUNT FOR AN EVENT:
To make changes to the catering order, contact Dining Events @ 443-5347
Don't forget to contact Dining events if there are linen changes.
Don't forget to let Dining Events know if the event has been canceled!
CHANGES TO TECHNOLOGY NEEDS:
To change technology orders contact Media Services 443-2200
Don't forget to let Media Services know if the event has been canceled!
CHANGING SET UP INFORMATION:
To change the details of the room set up for an event, send an email of those changes to the person who confirmed the room reservation.
