Changing Your Greeting
Your personal greeting is what callers hear when they reach your voice mailbox. You may change your greeting at any time. To do so:
Connect to your voice mailbox
Press 4 to select "Greetings"
- Press 6 for "Record New Greeting"
Record the greeting; before ending the recording you can:
Review last several seconds |

Back up to beginning |
2 2 |
Erase entire greeting |
3 |
Pause or resume recording |
* |
- Press # when finished recording.
To listen to your personal greeting:
Connect to your voice mailbox
Press 4 to select "Greetings"
- Press 5 to listen
Changing Your Recorded Name
Your recorded name is the first thing that someone will hear when you have left voice mail for them from your extension. You may change your recorded name at any time. To do so:
Connect to your voice mailbox
Press 1 6 to select "Custom Options"
Press 8
Record your name
