Middlebury College's voice mail system is capable of doing much more than recording and playing back your messages. When you enter your voice mailbox, the system will tell you how many new and/or saved messaged you have. Then it will say "Ready" which is your prompt for action. Here is a list of what it can do and how to do it:

Press 1 3 for forward
Record your comments
Press 2 2 to review your comments, if you wish
Press # key when you've finished recording
Enter extension(s) or 0 0 to spell the name
Press * key to listen to addressee's name to confirm the correct extension
Press # key when you've finished entering extension(s)
- Press # key again to send the message

Remember, you must press 9 9 when you have finished with voice mail to reset it. This will remove all messages tagged for deletion after you have hung up.
