Here are some frequent problems or questions and their solutions or answers:
A message won't erase.
Make sure that you dial 9 9 to exit your voice mailbox before you hang up. When you reenter your voice mailbox, the message should be gone.
The voice mail system will automatically erase a new message that has been listened to in its entirety unless a code (such as to save or forward) is entered while listening to the message. In order for the system to know that you have completed listening to all of your messages you must dial 9 9 at the end. This will reset your voice mailbox.
A message won't erase after dialing 9 9.
If you have dialed 9 9 before exiting your voice mailbox and the deleted message is still there when you reenter after giving the system several minutes to reset, dial 3 while listening to the message. Remember to dial 9 9 as you exit.
