Les Zygomates (www.winebar.com) located at 129 South Street in Boston will host a Middlebury group for a special tasting of German Rieslings. Sommelier Geoffrey Fallon will discuss the unique characteristics of German Riesling, and Chef Connal McCollough will pair both sweet and savory appetizers to complement these wines and even provide a short cooking demonstration.
