Under the influence of rock 'n roll, deviant sex, and films of the 1970s, a young screenwriter, an Orthodox Jewish woman, and a quixotic freespirit embark on a desperate search for spiritual fulfillment, their lives merging and intersecting until an outdoor rock festival brings them together for one final tryst. Inspired by Euripides' "The Bacchae," "Rearviewmirror" is an erotically-charged examination of contemporary Judaism, pop culture, and an ever-growing cult of Dionysian proportions.
