Caleb Barber ’88 and Deirdre Heekin’s ’89 annual research trips to Italy keep Osteria Pane e Salute, a Woodstock, Vermont-based restaurant and boutique wine bar, brimming with authentic flavors and hard-to-find wines. To usher in the new season, Barber and Heekin have prepared a menu of regional Italian dishes paired with rare, varietal Italian wines, all inspired by their local Vermont ingredients.
