These officers for the Class of '59 were elected on June 6, 2004, at the end of the 45th Reunion weekend

Co-Presidents
Dave Riccio and Noelle Caseley Locke

Serving as co-presidents of our outstanding class is an honor, and a role that, through personal involvement, should help lead to optimum success and participation in  our next big get-together in '09. We all have many fond memories but perhaps fading memories of our years at Midd. It is our hope that the count-down to the 50th, as well as the event itself, will help reinstate those memories.  Noelle and Dave

Reunion Co-Chairs
Carolyn Parks Behr and Pete Erbe

We promise to plan and coordinate an outstanding Program for our 50th  Reunion.  Additionally, we will work diligently to encourage the majority of our classmates to return for fun, friendship, sharing, education, and a hug or two. The success of Reunion depends on everyone--plan to get involved, and plan to be there! Carolyn and Pete

Class Agents
Bob Luce and Cynthia Haver Rigas

My officer role:
Head Class Agent for the Men

My job is to help ensure that our Class has as high  a percentage of Classmates as possible participating in alumni giving.  Top schools regularly get well over 50% participation.  We're a top school.  Ergo ... -- Bob.

Bob's and my role is obviously to try to encourage full participation in alumni giving for this special reunion. The spectacular response in attendance and giving by the class of '54 was an inspiration for me.  I hope we will live up to and surpass our past giving records and come through for our 50th! We'll be in touch! -- Cynthia Haver Rigas

Class Secretaries
Bill Hussey and Lucy Paine Kezar
(Class Notes in Middlebury Magazine)

officers_LPKezarClass notes do more than update us on classmates' lives; they also connect us with a network of friends and acquaintances as well as with the Middlebury community.  Our notes in the Middlebury Magazine move beyond the stereotypical content of such columns and address many topics.  Classmates may submit brief material for the notes and expand on the same material, with photographs or other illustrations, for this website.  Lucy and Bill

Gamaliel Painter Cane Representatives
Ren Curry and Granthia Lavery Preston

We are your class resentatives to the Gamaliel Painter Cane Society. The members of the Cane Society have designated Middlebury as a beneficiary in their wills or IRAs. (Do you have a will? If not, get one!) Or they have made planned gifts of cash or securities. Some of these planned gifts provide tax deductions and 6% yield to the donor. If you are interested in joining the Cane Society, call either of us or Dan Breen at (toll-free) 866-496-MIDD. Granthia and Ren

Class ongoing Web Site Originator and Manager
Lucy Paine Kezar

This is your web site. If it succeeds, that is if you visit it and continue to send material, it will for many years enhance our friendships, our networking, and our connection with the College. It offers information and entertainment along with news about reunions, with a touch of reminiscence about the years we spent together on The Hill. Lucy
