Middlebury Celebrates "Girls Sports Day"

Middlebury recently celebrated "Girls Sports Day" on Sunday, January 24th in The Bubble and Natatorium on campus. Students from Middlebury's swimming, field hockey, lacrosse, soccer and softball teams participated, with 125 girl scouts from the surrounding area involved in the activities. The event took place over a four-hour span from 1:00-5:00 p.m.
Participants rotated through stations were they were taught the skills of that particular sport with Middlebury student-athletes. They were also able to spend some time in the pool with Middlebury swimmers.
