The Middlebury field hockey team has earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament. The Panthers will host a first-round game on Wednesday, November 11th at 2:00 p.m. against UMass.-Dartmouth. The winner of the game advances to a weekend regional at Ursinus.

The Panther women's volleyball team saw its season come to and end with a 3-2 (25-19, 21-25, 17-25, 25-21, 15-13) loss to Amherst in the NESCAC Quarterfinals at Tufts. The Panthers end their year with an impressive 20-win season at 20-6 overall.

Middlebury won its third straight game as the Panthers topped Hamilton 37-14 to win their 15th game in their last 17 attempts on Youngman Field at Alumni Stadium. The contest was the 31st in the "Rocking Chair Classic", a series which the Panthers now lead 23-8. The Middlebury defense held Hamilton to just 202 yards (2.8/play) on the day, racking up seven sacks and 15 tackles for lost yardage.

The Middlebury cross country teams took part in the ECAC Championships hosted by Williams on Saturdays. The women won the event for the first time in years, defeating second place Williams and third place UMass.-Amherst. The Panther men finished 13th overall. The races took place at Mount Greylock Regional High School in Williamstown, Mass.

The Panther men's soccer team dropped a 2-1 overtime game to Williams at Wesleyan in their seventh championship game appearance. The Panthers, three-time NESCAC winners, end their season at 9-5-2. Williams moves to 13-2-1 on the season and earns an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. This was the fifth time that the Panthers and Ephs have met in the championship match in the 10-year history of the tournament.

The Middlebury College women's soccer team earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament and will host a regional on November 14th and 15th. The Panthers will take on Husson in one match-up, while Wheaton meets Richard Stockton in the other regional contest. The winners will meet in the regional final on Sunday.
