The Middlebury College swimming & diving teams hosted an invitational over the weekend, featuring Williams, the Dartmouth men and the UVM women. The Panthers won all but one relay event over the weekend, with some other top performances.

Senior John Dillon (Wellesley, Mass.) set a new pool record for the men, winning the 100 backstroke in 51.47, while earning a time of 1:56.04 to win the 200. First-year racer Jen Friedlander (Deephaven, Minn.) earned a win in the 1000 free, finishing with a time of 10:36.32, second-fastest time in the NESAC this season. Earning her first career win in the 50 free was senior Katie Remington (Madison, Wis.), who finished with a time of 25.47. First-year racer Audrey Tolbert (Perryville, N.Y.) rounded out several top performances from Middlebury athletes, winning the 500 free in 5:21.43.
