The Middlebury College indoor track teams were in action at the Open New England Championships hosted by Boston University over the weekend. The meet featured teams from Division I, II and III from around New England, with 11 Panthers earning All-New England honors.

         First-year athlete Grace Doering (Darien, Conn.) earned Middlebury's highest finish, taking home sixth place in the high jump, clearing 5'5". Classmate Juliet Ryan-Davis (Newton, Mass.) came in eighth in the 800 (2:15.27), while senior Victor Guevera (Short Hills, N.J.) set a school record with his time of 8:36.85 in the 3,000.

         The men's DMR team of senior Mike Waters (Bedford, Mass.), sophomore Michael Schmidt (Wilmette, Ill.) and juniors Addison Godine (Milton, Mass.) and Connor Wood (Lincolnshire, Ill.) finished seventh overall in 10:03.25.

         Senior Anjuli Demers (Dracut, Mass.), junior Kaitlyn Saldanha (Scarborough, Maine) and sophomores Rebecca Fanning (Ipswich, Mass.) and Margo Cramer (Seattle, Wash.) made up the women's DMR team that finished seventh with a time of 12:10.03.
