WOMEN’S GOLF ENDS FALLS SEASON

The Middlebury women’s golf team ended its fall season with a fourth place finish at the 14-team Williams Invitational Tournament. The host school won the event with a 641, followed by Ithaca (660), Cortland (666) and Middlebury (669). Senior Keely Levins (Rutland, Vt.) finished the weekend in fifth place, shooting an 82 and a 79 for a two-day total of 161.
Junior Caroline Kenter (Winnetka, Ill.) took 12 strokes off her day one score, coming in with a 79 on day two for a 170, good for a 17th place tie. Joining her in that spot was first-year player Monica Chow (Newton, Mass.) (175), who shaved eight strokes off her day one score with an 81 and a two-day total of 170. Sophomore Jordan Glatt (Doylestown, Pa.) shot a 172 for the Panthers, while sophomore Michelle Peng (West Harrison, N.Y.) came in with a 174, including an eight-stroke improvement on day two.
