The Middlebury College men’s swimming and diving team held on to seventh place throughout the NESCAC Men's Swimming & Diving Championships hosted by Williams College. The Ephs won the event with 2,011 points, followed by Amherst with 1,959, while the Panthers earned 646.5 points.

Senior Nick Daly (Cape Elizabeth, Maine) was the top performer with a time of 20.96 in the 50 free, good for fourth place. He also finished fifth in the 50 fly in 23.13. Sophomore Skylar Dallmeyer-Drennen (Canandaigua, N.Y.) earned a seventh place finish in one-meter diving, ending with 336.60 points. Placing seventh was the 200 free relay team of Daly, senior Adam Schaffer (Orinda, Calif.), sophomore Mike Oster (Westfield, N.J.) and rookie James Wing (Indian Head Park, Ill), who ended with a time of 1:24.83.

On day two, senior Kazu Asaga (Chappaqua, N.Y.) was the top performer with an eighth place finish in the 100 back with a time of 52.56. The 200 medley relay team finished in seventh place (1:35.26) overall, with Asaga, rookie Chris Vandiford (Springfield, Ohio), Daly and Wing leading the way.

Dallmeyer-Drennen again earned a top eight finish on day three, placing seventh in three-meter diving with 341.25 points. The Panther 400 free relay team comprised of Daly, sophomore Nick Keenan (Queensbury, N.Y.), junior Ethan Litman (Bethesda, Md.) and Wing also placed seventh, earning a time of 3:08.69.
