            The Middlebury College women's volleyball team split a pair of NESCAC matches at Tufts on Friday and Saturday. Friday night, the Panthers picked up a 3-0 (24, 14, 22) win over Connecticut College, before falling to the host school 3-0 (13, 15, 12) on Saturday afternoon.

            Sophomore Megan Jarchow (Cos Cob, Conn.) had 11 kills and senior Jane Handel (Evanston, Ill.) added eight in the win over the Camels. Junior Caitlin Barrett (Medfield, Mass.) earned a team-high 13 digs, junior Julia Gibbs (Houston, Texas) had 35 assists, while senior Elissa Goeke (Chevy Chase, Md.) earned three block assists in the victory.

            Against Tufts, Jarchow, Handel and sophomore Amy Hart (Kenilworth, Ill.) each had five kills, while Barrett earned 19 digs.
