McKillop Earns NESCAC Honors

Middlebury College baseball player Donald McKillop (Poway, Calif.) has been named to the All-NESCAC first-team. A second-team member a year ago, McKillop led the team in several offensive categories in '10.

The junior led the squad with a .423 average at the dish, pacing the team with 47 hits and 111 at-bats. He also belted a team-high 11 doubles to go along with his two homers and 27 RBI. The third baseman/outfielder had some big games this season, including a 5-6 effort with three runs and three RBI in a win over Amherst. He also went 4-5 with two runs and three RBI in a victory over Hamilton, while owning 15 multiple-hit games this season.

McKillop, also a member of the Middlebury football team, was the NESCAC Offensive Player of the Year in '09.
