Greer Earns Player Of The Week Honors For The Second Straight Time

Middlebury College field hockey player Lauren Greer (N. Hampton, N.H.) has been named the NESCAC Player of the Week for the second straight time. The junior had another big week for the Panthers, scoring six goals and assisting on six others over three victories last week, just one week after racking up 17 points. Greer had two goals and three assists in Tuesday’s 5-0 win at Castleton, two tallies and two helpers during a 4-0 victory at Hamilton on Saturday, and another two goals and an assist in Sunday’s 6-1 decision over Babson.

She now leads the team and NESCAC in goals (17) assists (13) and points (47), becoming the school’s all-time leader in assists with 28.
