McKillop Earns Player Of The Week Honors

Middlebury College quarterback Donald McKillop (Poway, Calif.) has been named the NESCAC Offensive Player of the Week in the final week of the season. McKillop overcame heavy rains and sloppy field conditions at Tufts to throw for 336 yards and three touchdowns on 24 of 38 passing (.632) for a 158.22 rating in a 26-7 win for the Panthers. He helped lead Middlebury to four straight wins to end the season, finishing with a 5-3 record.

McKillop finished the year by setting new program and NESCAC records for completions (262), attempts (405), yards (2,873), touchdown passes (22), and total offense (2,967 yards) in a season. He holds all of Middlebury's career records as a junior, including completions (562), attempts (887), yards (6,192) and touchdowns (43). Heading into their final game, McKillop led the nation in passing and passing yardage.
