LeStrange Honored By National Football Foundation

May 8, 2012

Ken LeStrange received the Collegiate Scholar-Athlete Award from the Vermont Chapter of the National Football Foundation at the organization’s annual banquet. LeStrange, a captain and three-year starter on the offensive line, was a key component during the most prolific three-year offensive production in Middlebury history. Since breaking into the starting line-up in 2010, the Panthers offense collected six number one national rankings, while holding seven more spots in the top 10 of Division III.

In the classroom, LeStrange holds a 3.41 GPA as a double-major in Economics and History. During his time on campus he held a variety of elected positions in student organizations. High marks also come from his head coach Bob Ritter. “Ken is the quintessential student-athlete. He was our hardest working players and brought the same work ethic to the classroom. He was, and continues to be, a great role model.”
