Driscoll Is Player Of The Week For the Second Time In Three Weeks

Middlebury College football player Zach Driscoll (Concord, Mass.) has been named the NESCAC Football Offensive Player of the Week for the second time in the last three weeks.  The senior receiver Driscoll racked up 12 receptions for a career-high 250 yards with three touchdowns in the Panthers’ 30-13 win at Williams on Saturday. Driscoll caught a 28-yard touchdown pass to open the game’s scoring, before hauling in a 50-yard strike in the third and a 41-yarder in the fourth. With the win, Middlebury improved to 4-0 for the first time since 1992. He currently leads the league in receptions/game (9.75) and receiving yards/game (144.5).
