Middlebury College baseball player Erich Enns (Lansdale, Pa.) has been named the NESCAC Player of the Week. Enns batted .500 (8-for-16) with a .652 on-base percentage while slugging .636. He hit two home run, including a grand slam, had two doubles, six walks, four runs scored, 10 RBI, and six steals (6-for-6) in a 4-1 week for the Panthers.

Enns is currently second on the team and fifth in the NESCAC with a .439 average on the season. The centerfielder ranks second in the league in steals (16-16), fourth in total bases (77) and fifth in RBI (33) and doubles (11). His 16 steals this season have tied a Middlebury single-season record.
