Men's Squash Finishes 17th At Nationals

The Panther men’s squash has finished 17th in the nation by winning its flight at the recent team nationals event hosted by Princeton. In just their second year as a varsity sport, the 20th ranked Panthers earned 7-2 victories over #21 Denison and #17 Colby before meeting #18 Bowdoin in the finals. Middlebury avenged an earlier season 5-4 loss to the Polar Bears by defeating them by the same score to win the "Summers Division" at nationals. Middlebury ends its season with a school record 15 wins against just 10 losses. The Panthers were also the winners of the Team Sportsmanship award, chosen among 63 teams.
