Men's Golf In Action At Hamilton

10/10/04 - The Middlebury College men's golf team finished fifth of 11 schools at the Hamilton-Shenendoah Invitational Golf Tournament hosted by Hamilton College.

First-year player George Baumann (Mequon, Wis.) led the Panthers with a two-day total of 153, finishing fourth overall, eight strokes off the lead. Sophomore Charles Bellmare (Bedford, N.Y.) was next with a 165, followed by sophomore James Yonamine (Eden Prairie, Minn.), who shot a 168. Junior Mitch St. Peter (San Francisco, Calif.) owned  a 169, followed by senior Derek Singer (Niskayuna, N.Y.) with a 179.
