Men's Golf Finishes Second At Manhattanville

The Middlebury men's golf team wrapped up its fall season with a second place finish at the six-team Manhattanville/N.Y.U. Classic. The Panthers came in with a two-day total of 631, nine stroke behind Manhattanville and eight ahead of Farmingdale State.


Sophomores Rob Donahoe (Canton, Mass.) and Chris Atwood (Rochester, N.H.) led the squad, tying for fourth place overall with two-day totals of 156. Tying for sixth place was first-year player Eric Laorr (Eden Prarie, Minn.) with a 158, followed by sophomore Max Alley (Albany, N.Y.) in 11th with a 161. Rookie Charlie Garcia (Garden City, N.J.) rounded out Middlebury's scorers with a 167.
