All-American Honors For Men's Lacrosse

Middlebury College men’s lacrosse player Billy Chapman (Greenwich, Conn.) has earned third-team All-American honors from the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA). Seniors Zach Driscoll (Concord, Mass.) and Andrew Metros (Great Neck, N.Y.), junior Darric White (Fairfield, Conn.) and first-year player Jon Broome (Mountain Lakes, N.J.) all earned honorable mention honors.
Chapman earns All-American honors for the second time this season after accomplishing the feat with the football team this fall. The senior defenseman was third on the team and 12th in the NESCAC this season with 62 ground balls. He was tied for the team-lead with 24 caused turnovers. Chapman scored four goals and assisted on three others this season, with a season-high nine ground balls in a win over N.E.C. Chapman ends his career with 180 ground balls in 48 games, to go along with nine goals and five assists for 14 points.
