Men's Soccer Blanks Colby

Tyler Macnee scored a pair of goals in the first half as Middlebury remained unbeaten with a 3-0 NESCAC road win at Colby on Saturday. Macnee tallied unassisted just 3:40 into the game and then added another goal at 35:40 when he placed a shot into the left corner of the net. Baer Fisher got past Colby's defense and scored on a one-on-one situation on goalkeeper Doug Sibor at 71:03 of the second half.

Middlebury (4-0-1 overall, 2-0-1 NESCAC) has allowed just two goals in five games this season. Brian Bush stopped three shots for the shutout, while Sibor made six saves.
