Edwards Named NESCAC Player Of The Week

Middlebury College men's soccer player Jake Edwards (Easton, Conn.) has been named the NESCAC Player of the Week. Edwards accumulated a goal and four assists as part of a 3-0-0 week for the undefeated Panthers. He opened the week by tying the program record for assists in a game with three in a 7-0 win against Vermont rival Norwich on Wednesday, then picked up another helper in Saturday's 2-0 victory over Bowdoin. Edwards closed the week on Sunday with a goal as part of the Panthers' 4-0 win at Colby-Sawyer.
